We’re Sofia and Kevin. We’re building HelloNoa from Zurich.

We were tired of stitching together tools that never quite fit how freelancers here actually work: getting paid, staying on top of contracts and VAT, looking professional. So we built one that does. Sofia handles the legal and business side; Kevin writes the code. That’s the whole company.

When do I get in, and what happens on each date?

Soft launch is 27 July 2026: founders get in first and get every Pro feature free for the soft-launch window, in exchange for your honest feedback on each page. Paid pricing starts at the hard launch on 10 August 2026, and that is when your founder deal kicks in. We open founder spots in signup order until all 50 are filled, and you'll get an email the moment your access is ready.

What's the founder deal, exactly?

When paid pricing starts, founders get their first month free, then 15% off for life on monthly. It's the discount that's locked, not a fixed price, so if our prices ever rise, you always pay 15% less than everyone else. Today that's Essential £12.75/mo (was £15) and Pro £29.75/mo (was £35). Prefer to pay yearly? The annual plan is already 2 months free (/). You also get a founder badge and your name on the public Founders wall, a direct line to Sofia and Kevin, and triple-weighted roadmap votes.

Do I need a card to claim my founder spot now?

No. Saving your spot is just an email, no card. You get in free at soft launch and use everything. You only enter card details later, when paid pricing starts and you choose to claim your founder rate.

What about UK VAT, GDPR and my data?

We are a Swiss company with our servers in Frankfurt, so your data stays in Europe. UK VAT is handled on every invoice you send through HelloNoa. GDPR-compliant by default, and you can export every invoice and client at any time. We never sell your data; it is only shared with the service providers we need to run HelloNoa (listed in our Privacy Policy).
