Our public pages (marketing, blog, waitlist, sign-in and sign-up) are designed so that no non-essential cookies, local storage or session storage are written to your device unless you explicitly ask for them. Analytics runs in cookieless mode, and our support chat (Crisp) only loads when you press the Chat with us button.
You can open Privacy preferences at any time from the footer link to switch analytics and marketing cookies on or off separately. Nothing loads until you switch Usage analytics on. Once you do, on our public website (marketing pages, blog, waitlist, sign-in and sign-up) PostHog runs in cookieless mode: we measure aggregate pageviews and in-session funnel behaviour to improve the site, and no analytics cookie, local storage or session storage is written to your device on those pages.

Note: Because nothing is stored on your device on public pages, no cookie banner is required there. You can still turn off the cookieless analytics entirely from the Privacy preferences link in the footer. Crisp is not loaded by default on public pages. It loads only when you click the Chat with us button (or, in the signed-in studio, the chat icon). At that point chat is a service you have explicitly requested, and Crisp sets the following:

We and our advertising partners want our ads to reach people who might actually want HelloNoa. If you consent, we and those partners may set cookies that record which of our pages you visited and whether you signed up, so that HelloNoa ads can be shown to you on other websites and apps and so we can see which ads worked. These cookies last from a few days to 12 months, depending on the partner. If you do not consent, you will not see fewer advertisements, simply other ones.
These cookies are set only after you switch Marketing on in Privacy preferences. Accepting all cookies in the banner counts as switching it on; declining all, or leaving the setting off, means no marketing cookie is set.

Cookies are not the only way to recognise or track visitors to a website.
