Yes, anytime. Upgrade immediately, downgrade at end of billing period. We prorate charges fairly. No penalties for switching.

Stripe handles all payments: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay. UK bank details accepted for annual plans. We do NOT store your card details (PCI compliant via Stripe).

Yes, within 14 days of upgrade, no questions asked. After 14 days, we'll refund if HelloNoa has a technical issue that prevented you from using it. Starter plan has nothing to refund.

You keep access until end of billing period. Your data stays for 90 days (in case you change your mind). After 90 days, we delete your account per GDPR. You can export data anytime before deletion.
