Will there be a free plan at launch?
Yes. Starter is free with 1 project and 1 client included. Sign up and start using HelloNoa immediately, then upgrade to Essential or Pro whenever you're ready.
What's the founder deal?
Four perks for the first 50 founders. (1) First month free, then 15% off for life: it's the discount that's locked, not a fixed price, so if our prices rise you always pay 15% less than everyone else (today Essential £12.75/month, Pro £29.75/month). (2) Founder badge plus your name on the public Founders wall at hellonoa.com/founders/wall. (3) Direct line to Sofia and Kevin via founders@hellonoa.com, the two people building HelloNoa, not a support queue. (4) Triple-weighted votes on the public roadmap at hellonoa.com/founders/roadmap. HelloNoa is now live; you claim your founder rate from your plans page whenever you're ready.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately with a fair prorated charge for the rest of the period. Moving down to a smaller paid plan also happens immediately; there is no credit for unused time on the bigger plan, and your next bill is simply at the lower price. Switching to free Starter takes effect at the end of your billing period. No penalties for switching.
What payment methods do you accept?
Stripe handles all payments: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Apple Pay, Google Pay. We never store your card details (PCI compliant via Stripe).
Are the contracts really lawyer-reviewed?
Yes. All templates are written and reviewed by UK business lawyers, covering scope, payment terms, IP rights, and GDPR. Updated quarterly.
What if I want to cancel?
Cancel anytime. Within your first 14 days, cancellation is immediate and we refund your payment minus a fair charge for the days you used. After that, you keep access until the end of your billing period, then drop to the free Starter plan. Either way you keep all your data, nothing is deleted, and you can export it whenever you like. If you ever choose to fully delete your account, there's a 30-day grace period before your personal details are removed.
