Export or delete your data
Your data is yours. Here is how to get a copy of it, and how to delete your account if you decide to leave.
You are always in control of your data with HelloNoa. Whether you want a copy for your records or you have decided to move on, here is how it works.
Getting a copy of your data
You have the right to a copy of the personal data we hold for you, and you can get it yourself in one click. Go to your settings and choose Download my data under Personal details. You'll get a file with your account and your records, ready straight away. We explain what we store and why on our Privacy Policy.
Deleting your account
You can start account deletion yourself from the delete account page. To make sure it is really you, you type your email to confirm. Deletion then runs after a 30-day grace period, so if you change your mind, just sign back in before then to cancel.
What happens to your details
After the grace period, your personal data is removed in line with our Privacy Policy. Payments are handled by Stripe, so any records they are legally required to keep sit with them, not us.
Common questions
If I delete my account, can I change my mind?
Yes. Deletion runs after a 30-day grace period. Sign back in any time before then to cancel it and pick up where you left off.
