Connect Claude to your studio
Connect your own Claude and it can check what needs doing, search your studio, and draft documents for you to review. Sending, signing and taking payment stay with you.
If you use Claude (on claude.ai, the desktop app, or your phone), you can connect it to your own HelloNoa account. Once connected, you can ask it things like "what needs doing this week?" or "draft an invoice for Maya, £450 for the logo work", and the answer comes from your real studio data.
What Claude can and cannot do
Claude can read what needs doing, search your invoices, clients, and projects, log expenses and hours, and create draft proposals, contracts, and invoices for you to review. Today it stops there: sending to a client, signing, taking payment and deleting all stay on your side, and every draft opens in HelloNoa for you to review first. If we ever open any of that up, it will be something you ask for and confirm.
How to connect
Open Connected apps in your settings and press Connect Claude. The button copies your connector link and opens Claude's own settings; paste the link under "Add custom connector", sign in to HelloNoa when asked, and approve. The full walkthrough lives at hellonoa.com/connect/claude.
Your privacy
Only what a specific request returns is shared with Claude, never a full export of your account. A client you mark Private on their own page is never named to Claude, and a client you mark Hidden from AI never appears at all; the one exception is whole-account tax totals, which include every client's figures without naming anyone. Connected apps in settings shows every action a connected assistant has taken, and you can disconnect there any time.
Common questions
Can Claude send an invoice or sign a contract?
No. Claude can log expenses and hours and add clients directly, and it prepares proposals, contracts and invoices as drafts. Every send, signature, and payment stays a tap you make yourself in HelloNoa.
How do I disconnect Claude?
Open your settings and go to Connected apps. Disconnect removes Claude's access immediately. There is also a switch that turns the connector off for your whole account without disconnecting anything.
Does it work on the free plan?
Yes. Every read tool works on Starter, and drafts follow the same monthly allowances as the app. Time tracking needs Essential; the tax snapshot needs Pro.
