What we store
We store the things you put into HelloNoa to run your business: your profile, clients, projects, and documents. We do not store full card details, payments are handled securely by Stripe, not by us.
Where it lives and how it is protected
Your connection to HelloNoa is encrypted, and access to your account is protected by your login. We follow UK GDPR principles: we only keep what we need, and you stay in control of it.
Your rights
You can access, export, or delete your data. If you delete your account, we remove your data after a short grace period in line with our Privacy Policy. You can read more about our approach to security on our security page.

Is HelloNoa secure?
Yes. Your connection is encrypted, payments are handled by Stripe rather than stored by us, and you control your data, including the right to export or delete it.
