Proposals & contracts

Packages and add-ons in proposals

Offer two or three packages and tickable add-ons. Your client picks one, the total updates as they choose, and the accepted choice is frozen on the proposal.

Packages turn one price into a choice. Pick Packages under Pricing model and HelloNoa seeds two or three named options for your industry, with the items each one includes. Give every row a price per package; leave a cell blank to keep it out of that package.

Add-ons

Optional items become add-ons the client can tick. Each one adds to the total they see.

The client's side

On the review page the client sees a card per package (the recommended one marked), tick rows for add-ons and one live total. Accept records the choice; Request changes tells you which package they were weighing.

After acceptance

The proposal total, the deposit invoice and the contract's total fee follow the accepted choice, and the invoice import offers exactly those rows.
