My client hasn't signed yet
Waiting on a signature? Here is how to see where it is stuck and give your client a nudge.
It is normal for a contract to sit for a day or two. Here is how to keep it moving without feeling pushy.
Check the status
Open the contract and look at its status. It will tell you whether your client has opened the link, started signing, or not looked yet. That tells you what kind of nudge is right.
Send a reminder
You can re-share the same link by email, WhatsApp, or copy-paste, a friendly "just checking you got this" often does the trick. The link stays the same, so they pick up right where they left off.
Still nothing?
If a client has gone quiet, a short personal message usually beats another automated email. If you think something is broken on their end, open a chat with us and we will take a look.
