Setting up in under 7 minutes
Add your details, pick your currency and region, and you are ready to send your first document.
A few minutes in your settings now saves you typing on every document later. Here is what to fill in and where each field lives.
Your business details
In the Business section, add your Registered name (your trading or company name) and, if you are VAT registered, tick I am VAT registered and add your VAT number. Add your Address in its own section. These appear on your proposals, contracts, and invoices.
Your currency and region
Open the Defaults section and set your Currency (GBP, EUR, USD, or CHF), then open Preferences and set your Region. Together these make your totals, dates, and tax wording read right for you and your clients.
Add your logo
In the Branding section, use Upload logo to add a PNG, JPG, or SVG (up to 2MB). It then sits on your documents. Your own logo is part of the Essential plan and up.
That is the setup done. From here, create your first project and you can start a proposal straight away.
