Getting started

Collect new enquiries with an intake form

Share a simple form so new clients tell you about their project before you even talk. Here is how it works.

An intake form is a tidy way to capture new enquiries. Instead of a messy email back-and-forth, your client answers a few questions up front, and you start with everything you need.

Build your form

Head to Intake forms and create one. Add the questions that matter for your work, the budget, the deadline, what they are after, and reorder them however you like. You can keep it short, most people only need a handful of questions.

Share the link

Each form has its own link you can drop into your bio, your website, or a reply to a "can you help with…" message. Your client fills it in without needing an account.

Turn a reply into a project

When someone submits, it lands in your submissions list. From there you can turn it straight into a project and client, so you go from enquiry to ready-to-quote in a couple of clicks.

Common questions

Does my client need an account to fill it in?

No. You share a link, and anyone can fill it in from their phone or laptop. Nothing to sign up for on their side.
