Getting started

What you get on the 14-day Pro trial

Every new account starts on a 14-day Pro trial. Here is what is included and what happens when it ends.

When you sign up, you start on a 14-day Pro trial automatically. No card needed, nothing to switch on.

What is included

The trial is built to let you try the whole workflow end to end, from first proposal to getting paid: time tracking, expenses billed back onto invoices, integrations (Calendly, Drive, Dropbox), the client portal, your own logo on documents, and 0% platform fees on client card payments.

It comes with a generous monthly allowance rather than unlimited use: 3 projects, 3 clients, 5 proposals, 3 contracts, 5 invoices and 1 e-signature. That is plenty to run a real project through the platform. Paid Pro removes the caps (unlimited projects, clients, documents and e-signatures).

A few Pro extras are reserved for the paid plan: recurring invoices, automatic payment reminders, contract amendments, time reports and removing the HelloNoa watermark.

What happens when it ends

When the 14 days are up, you simply drop to the free Starter plan. There is no lockout and nothing is deleted. Your projects, clients, and documents all stay put. A few trial touches pause (like your logo on documents and the trial's higher allowances), and the platform fee on card payments moves to the Starter rate.

If you want the full Pro features, you can upgrade any time. You can also stay on Starter for as long as you like, it is free forever.

Common questions

Do I lose my work when the trial ends?

No. Nothing is deleted. Your projects, clients, and documents stay exactly where they are. You move to the free Starter plan and keep full access to your data.

Do I need a card to start the trial?

No. The trial starts automatically when you sign up. We only ask for payment details if you decide to upgrade.
