We want billing to be honest and free of surprises, so here is exactly how refunds work when you upgrade to a paid plan.

Your 14-day right to cancel

Normally you have a 14-day right to cancel a purchase for a refund. When you upgrade, HelloNoa starts immediately after purchase, so your 14-day right to cancel for a refund ends today. You agree to this at checkout before you pay, it is shown right above the payment button.

This is the standard arrangement for digital services that begin straight away: by choosing to start using the paid plan immediately, you are choosing not to wait out the cancellation window.

Cancelling later

You can cancel any time from your billing settings. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then you move to the free Starter plan. We do not issue refunds for unused time on a plan.

If something has gone wrong with a charge, open a chat with us, we will always take a fair look.

A client disputed a payment to you?
