Refunds and your 14-day right
How refunds work when you upgrade to a paid plan, and what your 14-day right to cancel means.
We want billing to be honest and free of surprises, so here is exactly how refunds work when you upgrade to a paid plan.
Your 14-day right to cancel
You have 14 days from when you first subscribe to a paid plan to change your mind. Cancel within that window from your billing settings and it takes effect immediately: we refund what you have paid, minus a fair charge for the days you used (HelloNoa starts the moment you upgrade, which you confirm at checkout, so the days you had it are payable).
The 14 days run from your first paid subscription. They do not restart when you upgrade or switch between paid plans.
Cancelling later
After those first 14 days, you can still cancel any time from your billing settings. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you have already paid for, then you move to the free Starter plan. We do not issue refunds for unused time after the 14-day window.
If something has gone wrong with a charge, or a technical issue on our side stopped you using HelloNoa, open a chat with us, we will always take a fair look.
A client disputed a payment to you?
That's a different thing from your own plan refund. If a client has charged back a card payment they made to you, see a client disputed a payment for how to respond.
