Recurring invoices & removing our branding

Set invoices to send on a schedule and put your own brand on your documents. Both are Pro features.

If you bill the same client regularly, or you want your documents to look fully your own, these two features are for you.

Recurring invoices

Open any invoice and, in its Recurring card, click Set up recurring. Choose How often? (weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly), set when the first one goes out, and turn on Send to the client automatically if you want it fully hands-off. After that it bills on schedule, so you never forget. Recurring invoices are a Pro feature.

Your branding on your documents

On the Essential plan and up, upload your logo in Settings, Branding and it appears on your proposals, contracts, and invoices. On the Pro plan, the small "made with HelloNoa" mark is removed automatically too, so your client sees only your brand, there is no switch to flip.

You can change plan any time to turn these on.
