Common questions
I am not in the UK. Can I use it?
Yes, Starter is free anywhere. The tax side assumes UK rules, and paid plans are sold to UK billing addresses for now.
Is Noa an AI chatbot?
Partly. Find, on every plan, uses no AI at all: it reads your own records and tells you what needs doing. Advise and Agent, on every plan, use an AI helper to reason with your numbers and draft documents you approve. Client names stay hidden from it unless you switch on Share client names with the AI; you can also switch Noa's AI off in Settings. When Noa is unsure it says so and points you to a person.
